Why is my server still "Pending"?
Thanks for your order. Your server may show as "Pending" for a few reasons:
- Your payment might not have processed correctly. Sometimes you may need to make a payment again, although it's best to contact us for further information. Even if it shows the transaction as having gone through in your banking app, the payment may only be a temporary "hold" payment that hasn't necessarily gone through correctly.
- Due to low stock, we may be processing orders manually. Your server will become available as soon as your order has been processed, usually within 12 hours.
- Your invoice could have been (most likely falsely) marked as fraudulent. Please get in touch via our Discord server or live chat (in the bottom-right).
In the rare event that your order is still "Pending" after some time, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll look into it for you.
