Cancel your server with Lilypad

We're sorry to see you go, but we won't hold it against you! If your service isn't working as intended or it's not what you expected, please get in touch and let us know before proceeding with cancellation.

Issues like lag are likely not a problem on our side, and instead require your server to be optimised properly, which we're more than happy to help with.

Head to your Servers page on the billing panel, or click here.

Select the service which you wish to cancel and double check you've selected the right one. Now press Request Cancellation in the left sidebar.


Briefly let us know the reason why you're cancelling your service, and select a cancellation type:

Immediately – the selected service is terminated within 24 hours of receipt of the cancellation request. No refunds will be provided for any of the billing period that is outstanding, as per our Terms of Service

Next Due Date – the selected service is terminated on the next invoice due date

Press on Request Cancellation and your request will be processed automatically within the time period specified. This will permanently delete your server's files — please ensure you have downloaded a backup if you wish to keep them. If you notice you're still being billed for servers following your cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you would like to revoke the cancellation at any point before your server has been deleted, get in touch and we can do this for you.
