Upload a custom world to your Minecraft server

Uploading a custom world to your Minecraft server is a simple process.

If your world is larger than 10GB in size or you're experiencing issues uploading it via the online control panel, try uploading it via SFTP instead — info on that is available in the article here.

Head to our game panel at panel.lilypad.gg and select your server, then press the Stop button to shut it down.

Select the Files tab in the sidebar, and then delete the folder called world (as well as world_nether and world_the_end if running a Paper-based server), assuming that's the world you want to replace.

If your world is currently a folder and not a .zip file, compress it to ensure it's correctly uploaded to the panel and to speed up the upload process.

Upload the compressed world via the Files tab, then decompress it and rename the created folder to world if necessary.

Start your server again, and it should load in as the main world!
